Searching for a Template
A template is a ready made file — invoice, budget, calendar — with the layout and formulas already built.
Do Not Start From Scratch
Somebody has already built the invoice, the budget and the attendance sheet. A template gives you that layout complete, and you just change the numbers.
- Go to New — From the Start screen
- Search a word — Invoice, budget, calendar
- Click Create — A copy opens for you
How to do it
File ▸ New ▸ search box ▸ type what you need ▸ Create
Templates open as a new copy, so you can never damage the original design by accident.
