Cancellation & Refund Policy

Strictly Non-Refundable Policy for Digital Content

Due to the immediate digital delivery and instantaneous access granted to our proprietary spreadsheet simulators, downloadable templates, and 500+ formulas, all payments made on www.mrexceltamil.in via Razorpay or any payment gateway are final and non-refundable.

1. Free Tier Evaluation Before Purchase

We provide extensive free educational materials, including complete basic guides (XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, SUM, IF), sample spreadsheet simulator previews, 100+ keyboard shortcuts, and full tutorial write-ups. We strongly encourage all users to explore these free resources to assess the quality of our content before purchasing a paid Pro or VIP subscription.

2. No Refunds on Digital Products & Subscriptions

Once a subscription (Monthly, Annual, or Lifetime VIP) is purchased and payment is confirmed via Razorpay:

  • Access to all 500+ interactive simulators and course tracks is provisioned immediately.
  • No refunds, returns, or chargebacks will be issued for partial periods, change of mind, or lack of usage.
  • Subscriptions do not auto-renew without your explicit authorization.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel any recurring subscription at any time by visiting your account settings or contacting support. Upon cancellation, your Pro access will remain active until the end of your current paid billing term, after which it will not renew. No retroactive refunds will be provided for elapsed time.

4. Technical Assistance & Double Charges

In the rare event of a duplicate payment caused by network latency or payment gateway processing glitch, please reach out to our team immediately at mrexceltamil@gmail.com with your Razorpay Payment ID. Duplicate accidental transactions will be verified and reversed to the original payment source within 5–7 business days.
